*Nose: The minerals present in the soil, almond, hazelnut, citrus fruits (as lemon, grapefruit and pineapple)
*Palate: white fleshed fruits (such as peach), linden, acacia, bread, brioche or even honey are all different aromas that make its bouquet up.
*Pair with sophisticated shellfish (as Mediterranean prawns, lobster, crayfish) as well as with foie gras.
*Service temperature: 12-14°C. 
*Age potential Up tp 12 years
