Grapes variety: 100% Chardonnay *Eye: Pale golden colour, with fine and delicate bubbles. *Nose: Expressive nose, with herby and mineral notes. *Palate: Elegant, fresh with aromas of white fruits, Hazelnut, vanilla and spices. A lingering finish. Deep and complex, with a smooth structure, long lasting finish. *Pair with Starter, It can be drunk on its own, or flavoured with a dash of blackcurrant, raspberry or blackberry spirit. *Service temperature: 6-8°C.
