Grapes variety: 100% Chardonnay *Eye: Pale and clear golden colour. *Nose: Fine and delicate nose, mineral on flint, gunflint, slightly smoked. *Palate: Balanced and pleasant mouthfeel, long finish. *Pair with Oyster, Fish, shellfish, white meats with sauces, goat cheese, smoked salmon. *Service temperature: 9-10°C.
