Born out of our love of French wines and delicious food, Minnie Wong has brought out the premiere Concept for Wine matching service in Hong Kong. After living in France for long years working in vinery and sampling different wines, we decided to make our way back home and bring the French wine & gastronomy culture to Hong Kong.

 

Our biggest challenge was finding the right, high-quality valuable wines for the 'Marriage' of the dishes for our clients. Hence, our wine cellar is full of selections. We are dedicated to offering only the wines with good quality and MOST valuable price. We have also taken great care in assembling a team of only the best chefs, sommeliers, and experienced kitchen, dining, and wine consultants with a minimum qualification of WSET Level 3 and French wines experts.

 

She has the highest note graduated in FWS French Wine Scholar which is the wine program recognised in France and Hong Kong for her expertise in French Wines.
